AM3D Technologies is a system supplier of industrial selective laser melting systems. Based in Astana, Kazakhstan, AM3D Technologies leverages the resources of the largest technology hub in the country – Astana Hub. The team built their first prototype in only 6 months, releasing the first commercially available version in 2018. AM3D Technologies develops their own custom software, firmware and hardware, allowing for deep control of the printing parameters. Thanks to this, AM3D solutions serve a wide range of applications.

  • DEEP CONTROL: proprietary software and firmware allow conditional programming of the system. For example, it is possible to change the laser parameters based on conditional logic (if layer height >25 mm, then increase the laser power by 50 W, or based on input from external systems, for example, thermal tomography camera). Highest process's parameters control level can be obtained, up to the microseconds time interval.
